1. About These Terms
1.1 Who These Terms Apply To
These Service User Terms of Service ("Client Terms") apply to you if you register on the TDolls platform as a Service User — that is, an individual who creates an account to browse Service Provider profiles and make contact with Service Providers.
By completing registration as a Service User, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Client Terms, the General Platform Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. Together these documents form the complete agreement between you and Corestack Digital Ltd in your capacity as a Service User.
Where there is any conflict between these Client Terms and the General Platform Terms on a matter addressed by both, these Client Terms take precedence.
1.2 Consumer Status
You are contracting as a consumer. These Client Terms are designed to be consistent with your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection law, UK consumer protection law, and equivalent Gibraltar law where applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
If you are ever unsure about your rights, you should seek independent advice or contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your country of residence.
1.3 The Operator
The Platform is operated by Corestack Digital Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar and trading under the name TDolls at TDolls.net, TDolls.eu, and TDolls.uk.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Service User. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the date of birth you provided at registration is accurate.
If we discover that you are under 18, your account will be terminated immediately and any paid subscription will be cancelled. We will retain a record of the terminated account for compliance purposes.
2.2 Eligibility
To register as a Service User, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted under the Service User account type
- Not have had a previous TDolls Service User account terminated for breach of these Terms or our policies
- Be registering for personal use only
2.3 Registration Information
When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes can be made via your account settings or by contacting support@tdolls.net.
Providing false or misleading information at registration — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Per User
Each Service User may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
2.5 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You must notify us immediately at security@tdolls.net if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.
3. Age Verification and Content Access
3.1 Age-Gated Content
The Platform operates a two-tier content access model:
- SFW content is accessible to unregistered visitors and to registered users who have not completed age verification.
- Age-verified content — including full Service Provider profiles, photographs, and other adult content — is accessible only to registered users who have completed the age verification process.
3.2 Age Verification Process
Age verification is carried out at registration using the date of birth you provide. Our age verification process is described in full in our Age Verification Policy.
By providing your date of birth and ticking the age declaration at registration, you confirm that:
- The date of birth you have provided is accurate and belongs to you
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You understand that providing a false date of birth to circumvent age verification is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an offence under applicable law
3.3 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Access
Where you purchase a paid Client subscription and request immediate access to the Platform's age-verified content before the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has expired, you expressly acknowledge that:
- Digital content and service delivery begins immediately upon purchase at your request
- By requesting immediate access, you waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law in respect of that subscription purchase
- You will be asked to confirm this waiver explicitly at the point of purchase
This waiver applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any other consumer rights you hold.
4. Client Subscription Plans
4.1 Overview of Plans
TDolls offers Service Users two account plans:

Full details of what each plan includes are described on the Pricing page. We will keep that page current and you should refer to it for the definitive feature list at any given time.
4.2 Free Plan
The Free plan is available to all verified Service Users at no charge. It does not require payment details to activate. We reserve the right to modify the features available on the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
4.3 Premium Plan — Billing
The Premium plan is billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is successfully processed and renews automatically on the same calendar date each month (the "Renewal Date").
You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each Renewal Date until your subscription is cancelled.
We will send you a reminder at least 5 days before each Renewal Date confirming the amount that will be charged and reminding you of your cancellation rights.
4.4 Pricing
Current subscription prices are displayed on the Pricing page and confirmed at the point of purchase. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Where we increase the price of your Premium plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies without penalty. Continued subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4.5 Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Pricing page. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policy of our payment processor.
4.6 Failed Payments
If payment fails on your Renewal Date, we will retry payment within a short window. If payment is not collected after the retry period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. You will be notified by email at each stage.
Your account data and any saved preferences are retained during downgrade. You may reactivate a Premium subscription at any time by updating your payment details.
4.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time via your account settings. On cancellation:
- Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- At the end of the billing period, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan
- You are not charged for any subsequent billing periods
- Your account and data are retained
You may reactivate a Premium subscription at any time.
5. Your Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "withdrawal period").
5.2 Waiver on Request for Immediate Access
As described in Section 3.3, if you request immediate access to Premium features at the point of purchase — which is the default on our checkout — you expressly waive this right of withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm this waiver explicitly during checkout before your purchase is completed.
If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, you may request that your Premium subscription not be activated until after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. To do this, contact support@tdolls.net before completing your purchase. In this case, Premium features will not be accessible until the withdrawal period has passed.
5.3 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
If you have not waived your right of withdrawal and wish to exercise it, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase. You can do this by:
- Emailing support@tdolls.net with the subject line "Withdrawal — [your account email]"
- Using the withdrawal form available at tdolls.net/withdrawal
We will acknowledge your withdrawal request promptly and process any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your notification, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
5.4 Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period
Outside the statutory withdrawal period, or where you have waived it, refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- Billing error: If you have been charged incorrectly, we will correct the error and refund any overcharge promptly.
- Platform unavailability: If the Platform is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to reasons within our control, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
- Material change to features: If we materially reduce the features of the Premium plan and you cancel within 30 days of receiving notice of that change, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
- Account termination by us without cause: If we terminate your account other than for breach of these Terms or our policies, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
Refund requests should be submitted to support@tdolls.net. We will aim to respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days.
6. How You May Use the Platform
6.1 Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for your personal use only. You may use the Platform to:
- Browse Service Provider profiles
- Search and filter the directory
- Contact Service Providers through the Platform's messaging features
- Submit reviews and ratings of Service Providers you have engaged with
- Manage your account and preferences
6.2 Prohibited Conduct Specific to Service Users
In addition to the general prohibited conduct set out in the General Platform Terms, as a Service User you must not:
- Contact Service Providers for any purpose other than genuine enquiry about their services
- Use the Platform's messaging system to send unsolicited promotional or commercial messages to Service Providers
- Attempt to obtain personal contact information from Service Providers by deception or pressure
- Share, publish, or distribute any personal information about a Service Provider that they have not chosen to make public
- Arrange or attempt to arrange services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider operates
- Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture and distribute content from a Service Provider's private profile without their consent
- Impersonate another user, including another Client, or create a fictitious identity
- Use the Platform to gather intelligence about Service Providers for any purpose other than personal use
- Submit false, malicious, or manipulated reviews
6.3 Conduct Toward Service Providers
Service Providers are independent adults offering their services via the Platform. You must treat them with respect. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive language directed at any Service Provider
- Attempting to coerce, pressure, or manipulate a Service Provider into providing services they have not agreed to
- Stalking, following, or attempting to locate a Service Provider outside the context of an agreed arrangement
- Disclosing or threatening to disclose a Service Provider's identity, profile, or personal information to any third party without their consent
We take reports of harassment or threatening conduct seriously. Service Providers can report Client conduct to us at any time and we will investigate promptly.
7. Reviews and Ratings
7.1 Submitting Reviews
You may submit a review and rating of a Service Provider following a genuine engagement with that provider. Reviews must be:
- Based on your own genuine experience
- Honest, fair, and not misleading
- Written in good faith and without malice
- Free from personal identifying information about yourself or the provider beyond what is appropriate in context
7.2 Prohibited Review Conduct
You must not:
- Submit a review of a Service Provider you have not genuinely engaged with
- Submit multiple reviews of the same provider from the same or different accounts
- Submit a review that contains threats, hate speech, discriminatory language, or defamatory statements
- Accept payment, gifts, or any other incentive in exchange for submitting a review
7.3 Disputed Reviews
If a Service Provider disputes a review you have submitted, we may contact you for further information. We will not remove a genuine review solely because a Service Provider objects to it. Our review moderation process is described in our Moderation Policy.
8. Third-Party Arrangements
8.1 Your Responsibility
Any arrangement you make with a Service Provider via the Platform is a private matter between you and that provider. We are not a party to any such arrangement and are not responsible for its terms, performance, or outcome.
You are solely responsible for:
- Satisfying yourself as to the suitability and identity of any Service Provider before engaging with them
- Ensuring that any arrangement you enter into is legal in your jurisdiction
- Your own safety when meeting or communicating with any Service Provider
8.2 Safety
We strongly encourage you to take reasonable precautions when arranging to meet any person through the Platform. This includes sharing your plans with a trusted person, meeting in a safe location, and trusting your instincts. We provide general safety guidance at tdolls.net/safety.
We are not responsible for your personal safety or for any harm that arises from any arrangement made via the Platform. Our liability is limited as set out in the General Platform Terms.
9. Proxima by TDolls — Client Access
9.1 Proxima for Clients
Service Users who hold a Premium subscription and have completed full age verification may be eligible to access Proxima by TDolls, subject to the requirements described in the Proxima Supplemental Terms.
Proxima offers Clients access to additional features and expanded content. Use of Proxima is subject to these Client Terms and the Proxima Supplemental Terms. In the event of conflict on a matter specific to Proxima, the Proxima Supplemental Terms take precedence.
9.2 Proxima Conduct Standards
All conduct rules set out in these Client Terms and the General Platform Terms apply equally within Proxima. The expanded content available in Proxima does not create any additional licence to contact, pressure, or engage with Service Providers beyond what is permitted under these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Suspension by Us
We may suspend your account — preventing access without deleting your data — where we are investigating a suspected breach of these Terms or a report of harmful conduct. We will notify you of a suspension and its reason where legally permissible.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your account with immediate effect where:
- You have committed a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or our policies
- You have harassed, threatened, or abused a Service Provider or other user
- You have submitted false registration information, including a false date of birth
- We are required to terminate your account by law or court order
In less serious cases, we will generally issue a warning before termination.
10.3 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@tdolls.net. On closure:
- Any active paid subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
- Your profile and activity data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to data we are required to retain by law
10.4 Effect on Refunds
Termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility on termination is as described in Section 5.4.
10.5 Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to support@tdolls.net within 28 days of the notice. Appeals will be reviewed in accordance with our Moderation Policy.
11. Our Liability to You
Our liability to you as a Service User is limited as set out in Section 14 of the General Platform Terms. As a consumer, you benefit from protections that cannot be excluded by these Terms, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
We are not liable for:
- The conduct, acts, or omissions of any Service Provider
- Any loss or harm arising from any arrangement you make with a Service Provider
- The accuracy or reliability of any profile, description, photograph, or review on the Platform
- Any loss arising from your failure to take reasonable precautions when engaging with Service Providers
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Platform or these Terms, please contact us in the first instance at support@tdolls.net. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within 14 business days.
12.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. Details of available ADR routes, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for EU-based consumers, are set out in our Complaints Policy.

12.3 Your Legal Rights
These Terms do not affect your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law gives you that right.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Client Terms from time to time. Where changes are material — including any change that reduces your rights, increases your obligations, or affects pricing — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription and close your account before the effective date without penalty and will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused paid period.
14. Governing Law
These Client Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. However, if you are a consumer resident in a country whose mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with greater rights than Gibraltar law, those mandatory rights apply and cannot be overridden by this clause.
The courts of Gibraltar have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
