1. About These Terms

1.1 Who These Terms Apply To

These Service Provider Terms of Service ("Provider Terms") apply to you if you register on the TDolls platform as a Service Provider — that is, a self-employed individual or sole trader who creates a profile to advertise their services to other users.

By completing Provider registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Provider Terms, the General Platform Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. Together these documents form the complete agreement between you and Corestack Digital Ltd in your capacity as a Service Provider.

Where there is any conflict between these Provider Terms and the General Platform Terms on a matter addressed by both, these Provider Terms take precedence.

1.2 Business Capacity Confirmation

This is a business-to-business agreement. By registering as a Service Provider, you confirm that you are doing so in a business or self-employed capacity and not as a consumer. You acknowledge that statutory consumer rights — including the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), or equivalent Gibraltar law — do not apply to subscription purchases made under these Provider Terms.

If you are unsure whether you are contracting as a consumer or a business, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

1.3 The Operator

The Platform is operated by Corestack Digital Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar and trading under the name TDolls at TDolls.net, TDolls.eu, and TDolls.uk.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register as a Service Provider, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a self-employed individual or sole trader legally entitled to offer the services you intend to advertise
  • Have the legal right to work and offer services in the jurisdiction(s) in which you operate
  • Not be subject to any court order, injunction, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from offering or advertising the services you intend to list
  • Not have had a previous TDolls account terminated for breach of these Terms or our policies

2.2 Registration Information

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, country where services are offered, email address, and phone number. False or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes must be made promptly via your account settings or by contacting providers@tdolls.net.

2.3 Identity Verification

We may require you to complete identity verification as part of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification may include submission of government-issued identity documents, liveness checks, or other methods carried out by a contracted third-party verification provider.

Details of our verification process and how verification data is handled are set out in our Age Verification Policy and Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

2.4 One Account Per Provider

Each Service Provider may hold only one Provider account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

3. Provider Profile

3.1 Profile Content

Your public profile is your primary means of advertising your services on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, including all text, photographs, pricing information, availability, and service descriptions.

All profile content must:

  • Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
  • Comply with our Content Policy
  • Comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards in your jurisdiction
  • Not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

3.2 Working Name

Your public profile displays a working name of your choosing. This is separate from your legal name, which is collected for compliance purposes and is never displayed publicly. You may use any working name provided it does not impersonate a real person, infringe a trade mark, or violate our policies.

3.3 Photographs and Media

Photographs and media uploaded to your profile must:

  • Depict only you, or persons who have given explicit consent to appear
  • Not depict any person under the age of 18 in any context whatsoever
  • Not include any non-consensual imagery
  • Comply with our Content Policy for the tier and verification level at which they are uploaded
  • Not include visible identifying information about third parties without their consent

By uploading photographs and media, you confirm that all persons depicted are adults, that you hold all necessary rights and consents, and that the content complies with all applicable laws including the requirements of our 2257 Compliance Statement.

3.4 Profile Accuracy

You must keep your profile accurate and up to date. Profiles containing materially false or misleading information — including false pricing, false location, or deceptive service descriptions — are subject to removal. Repeated or deliberate inaccuracy may result in account termination.

4. Subscription Tiers and Features

4.1 Overview of Tiers

TDolls offers Service Providers four subscription tiers. The features, visibility, and content permissions associated with each tier are described in full on the Pricing page. The tiers are:

Feature availability and content permissions per tier are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any reduction in features available at a tier you are currently subscribed to, with the option to cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the billing period.

4.2 Advertising Slot Packages

In addition to subscription tiers, we offer separate advertising slot packages that provide additional promotional placement across the Platform — including featured positions on search results pages, category pages, and the Platform homepage.

Advertising slot packages are purchased independently of your subscription tier. The available packages, their placements, durations, and pricing are described on the Advertising Packages page.

Advertising slot packages are subject to these Provider Terms and our Content Policy. We reserve the right to reject or remove advertising that does not comply with our policies, without refund, where the non-compliance is attributable to you.

4.3 Free Basic Tier

The Basic tier is available at no charge and does not require payment details to activate. It provides limited profile visibility and a restricted feature set. We reserve the right to modify the features available on the Basic tier at any time with reasonable notice.

The Basic tier is also the tier to which paid accounts are downgraded if a paid subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated by us for reasons other than a serious breach. See Section 5.7 for details.

5. Billing, Payment, and Subscription Management

5.1 Subscription Billing

Paid subscription tiers are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is successfully processed and renews automatically on the same calendar date each month (the "Renewal Date").

You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each Renewal Date until your subscription is cancelled.

5.2 Pricing

Current subscription prices for each tier are displayed on the Pricing page and are confirmed at the point of purchase. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Where we increase the price of a tier you are currently subscribed to, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies without penalty. Continued use of the Platform after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We accept the payment methods listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policy of our payment processor.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails on your Renewal Date, we will attempt to process the payment again within a short retry window. If payment is not successfully collected after the retry period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Basic tier. You will be notified by email at each stage of this process.

Your profile content and account data are retained during downgrade. You may reactivate a paid tier at any time by updating your payment details and selecting a new subscription.

5.5 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your paid tier features until that date. You will not be charged for the following month.

We will send you a reminder email at least 5 days before each Renewal Date confirming the amount that will be charged and reminding you of your cancellation rights.

5.6 No Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As confirmed in Section 1.2, you are contracting in a business capacity. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumer digital service contracts does not apply to your subscription. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.7 below.

5.7 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable as a general rule. Refunds will be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Platform unavailability: If the Platform is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to reasons within our control, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
  • Tier feature reduction: If we reduce the features available at your subscribed tier and you choose to cancel within 30 days of receiving notice of that reduction, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
  • Billing error: If you have been charged incorrectly, we will correct the error and refund any overcharge.
  • Account termination by us without cause: If we terminate your account other than for breach of these Terms or our policies, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted to providers@tdolls.net within 30 days of the event giving rise to the request. We will process approved refunds within 14 business days to your original payment method.

5.8 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. On cancellation:

  • Your paid tier features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • At the end of the billing period, your account is automatically downgraded to the Basic tier
  • Your profile content and account data are retained
  • You are not charged for any subsequent billing periods

You may reactivate a paid subscription at any time.

5.9 Advertising Slot Packages — Billing and Refunds

Advertising slot packages are sold as fixed-term placements. The duration and pricing of each package are confirmed at purchase. Advertising slot packages are billed as one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

Advertising slot packages are non-refundable once the placement period has commenced. If a package has not yet commenced and you wish to cancel, please contact providers@tdolls.net within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Content Obligations and Standards

6.1 Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or transmit via the Platform. We are not the author or publisher of your content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or compliance with applicable law.

6.2 Content Must Comply with Our Policies

All content you upload must comply with our Content Policy at all times. The Content Policy sets out what content is permitted at each tier and verification level, including distinctions between SFW and age-verified content.

You are responsible for ensuring that content is uploaded to the appropriate tier and that you have completed the necessary verification steps before uploading content that requires a higher verification level.

6.3 Absolute Prohibitions

Regardless of tier, verification status, or any other factor, the following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Any content depicting, involving, or alluding to persons under the age of 18 in any sexual or intimate context
  • Any non-consensual content, including imagery or descriptions of sexual activity without the consent of all persons depicted
  • Any content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies human trafficking, forced labour, or sexual exploitation
  • Any content depicting real violence, abuse, or coercion

6.4 Content Featuring Third Parties

Where your profile content features any person other than yourself, you must:

  • Have obtained explicit written consent from that person for their appearance in your profile
  • Be able to produce evidence of that consent if requested by us
  • Ensure that person is 18 years of age or older and is able to produce evidence of age if requested
  • Comply with the record-keeping requirements set out in our 2257 Compliance Statement

6.5 Reviews and Ratings

Clients may submit reviews and ratings of your services via the Platform. You acknowledge that we cannot verify the accuracy of reviews and that reviews represent the opinions of the individuals who submit them.

You must not:

  • Submit fake reviews of your own profile under any account
  • Offer incentives to Clients in exchange for reviews
  • Threaten, harass, or intimidate any person in connection with a review
  • Attempt to have legitimate reviews removed other than through our official complaints process

7.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and the services you advertise comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction in which you operate. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Laws governing the legality of the services you offer in your operating jurisdiction
  • Tax obligations, including income tax and VAT or equivalent sales tax registration and reporting
  • Employment and self-employment law
  • Health and safety requirements
  • Any licensing or registration requirements applicable to your activities

We make no representation that any particular service is legal in any jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to take independent legal advice where necessary.

7.2 Tax Status

By registering as a Service Provider, you confirm that you are operating as a self-employed individual or sole trader and are responsible for your own tax affairs. We do not make tax deductions from subscription payments or advertising fees and do not report your earnings to any tax authority on your behalf, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to collect and report VAT registration numbers or equivalent tax identification information where required by the tax law of any relevant jurisdiction.

7.3 Sole Trader Declaration

You confirm that you are not employed by us, are not our agent, and have no authority to bind us in any way. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and Corestack Digital Ltd.

8. Proxima by TDolls — Provider Access

8.1 Proxima for Providers

Service Providers who have completed full verification and hold a paid subscription tier may be eligible to access Proxima by TDolls, subject to completion of any additional requirements described in the Proxima Supplemental Terms.

Proxima offers Providers additional features including expanded content permissions and enhanced messaging capabilities. Use of Proxima is subject to these Provider Terms and the Proxima Supplemental Terms. In the event of conflict on a matter specific to Proxima, the Proxima Supplemental Terms take precedence.

8.2 Proxima Content Standards

The expanded content permissions available in Proxima do not remove or reduce the absolute prohibitions set out in Section 6.3. Those prohibitions apply equally and without exception within Proxima.

9. Suspension, Downgrade, and Termination

9.1 Downgrade

Your account will be downgraded to the Basic tier in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or failed payment, following the retry period described in Section 5.4
  • Voluntary cancellation of a paid subscription, at the end of the billing period
  • As a proportionate response to a breach of these Terms that does not warrant full termination

On downgrade, content that exceeds the permissions of the Basic tier may be hidden until you upgrade again.

9.2 Suspension

We may suspend your account — preventing access without deleting your data — where:

  • We are investigating a suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law
  • We have received a credible report of harmful conduct requiring investigation
  • We are required to act by a competent authority
  • There is a security risk associated with your account

We will notify you of a suspension and its reason where legally permissible. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund for the suspended period unless the investigation concludes in your favour, in which case a pro-rata credit will be applied.

9.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate your Provider account with immediate effect, without refund, where:

  • You have committed a serious or repeated breach of these Terms
  • You have uploaded content that violates the absolute prohibitions in Section 6.3
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe you have engaged in trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
  • We are required to terminate your account by law or court order
  • You have provided false or fraudulent registration information

In less serious cases, we will generally issue a warning before termination unless the nature of the breach makes this inappropriate.

9.4 Termination by You

You may close your Provider account at any time by contacting providers@tdolls.net or using the account closure option in your account settings. On closure:

  • Any active paid subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
  • Your profile will be removed from public view
  • Your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law

9.5 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to providers@tdolls.net within 28 days of the suspension or termination notice. Appeals will be reviewed in accordance with our Moderation Policy.

10. Liability and Indemnity

10.1 Our Liability to You

Our liability to you as a Service Provider is limited as set out in the General Platform Terms, Section 14. Nothing in these Provider Terms increases our liability beyond the limits set out there.

We are not liable for any loss of earnings, loss of profile visibility, or loss of business opportunity arising from:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime
  • Moderation or removal of your content
  • Changes to tier features or pricing notified in accordance with these Terms
  • Actions taken by us in response to suspected breaches of these Terms or applicable law

10.2 Your Indemnity to Us

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corestack Digital Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your profile content, including any claim by a third party that it infringes their rights
  • Your services or conduct as a Service Provider
  • Your breach of these Terms, our policies, or any applicable law
  • Any claim by a Client or third party arising from an arrangement made via the Platform

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Provider Terms from time to time. Where changes are material — including any change that reduces your rights, increases your obligations, or changes pricing — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription and close your account before the effective date without penalty.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. The courts of Gibraltar have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

If you have a complaint about our service or these Terms, please contact us in the first instance at providers@tdolls.net. We will aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

If your complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution body. Details of available dispute resolution routes, including any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes, are set out in our Complaints Policy.
